It is lined with a silicon guard to sit snugly around the wearer’s face and prevent any air leaks. The active ventilation system also helps prevent a build-up of CO2 in the mask that can cause headaches and dizziness. The detachable ventilators regulate airflow and are capable of “filtering at least 95% of airborne particles.” Razer says that it comes with high bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE), which can easily be maintained by using new filters into the ventilators. Other than that, the mask has been designed with utmost protection of the user in mind. The combination is a patent-pending technology by Razer that is meant to ensure that the wearer’s speech isn’t muffled when the mask is on. The most importatnt reason for this is a built-in mic and amplifier combo on the face mask. Razer claims that the Project Hazel is the “most intelligent mask” ever created. Those, however, are only the bare minimum qualities of the mask. The mask is said to be waterproof as well as scratch resistant.
The reusable face mask sports a transparent shell design that is glossy on the outside and is made of recycled plastic to reduce wastage. The title is being claimed by Razer Inc for its concept N95 respirator called Project Hazel. Despite conceding two quick goals, Springfield managed to pull one back in the 17th minute when Lily Baumann’s corner kick was met by Emily O’Connell in the centre whose effort smashed off the crossbar and over the line.
